Creating your first tour in KIERTUE
A tour in KIERTUE is a container for gigs – like a folder where gigs are collected. Each tour has a name and a year. You can create multiple tours: for example, "Fall Tour 2026" and "Summer Festivals 2026".
Step 1: Open tour management
Open the Menu tab in the bottom bar and select "Manage tours".
On the tour management page, you can see all your existing tours – both active and archived.
Note: Only admin and owner roles can manage tours.
Step 2: Create a new tour
Press the "+" button in the top right corner. Enter the tour name and year. The year is automatically set to the current year, but you can change it.
Press "Create tour". The new tour appears in the list and is immediately available in the tour dropdown on the band home page.
Step 3: Select the active tour
On the band home page, you will see the tour dropdown at the top. It shows the active tour name. Click it to switch between tours – you will only see the selected tour's gigs in the gig list.
The app remembers the last selected tour, so you don't need to select it again every time.
Tour management
On the tour management page, you can:
- Rename – change the tour name
- Archive – hide the tour from the dropdown when it's over. Archived tours still appear in tour management and can be restored.
- Delete – permanently delete the tour (including all gigs in it)
Summary
The tour is created. Now it's time to add gigs – dates, venues, and schedules.
