Subscription and pricing in KIERTUE

KIERTUE offers a 14-day free trial with no commitments. In this guide, we cover pricing, starting a subscription, and managing it.

When you create your own band, you start a 14-day free trial from the band's subscription page. A card is required, but it is not charged during the trial – you have access to all features without restrictions.

After the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically unless you cancel before the trial is over. You can cancel anytime.

KIERTUE pricing is simple:

• €29.90/month per band – includes all features
• All members included – whether there are 3 or 30 people on the team, the price stays the same
• No hidden costs – VAT is included in the price

If you have multiple bands, each band is its own subscription. For example, two bands cost €59.80/month.

You always start a subscription on the web (kiertue.com / app.kiertue.com), whether you use the browser or the iPhone app:

• In the browser – log in at app.kiertue.com, tap the profile icon and choose "Subscribe"
• In the iPhone app – tap the profile icon and "Manage account", which opens the subscription page in your browser. Start the subscription there.

Choose the number of bands you want and press "Proceed to payment". You will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page where you can pay by card.

Subscription management is done through the Stripe Customer Portal. In your profile subscription details, there is a "Manage subscription" button that opens the Stripe portal.

In the portal, you can:

• Change the number of bands (upgrade/downgrade)
• Update your payment card
• Cancel the subscription at the end of the period
• View your invoice history

Canceling your subscription does not delete your data – you can access the same data when you restart your subscription.
