PDF printouts: setlist, day sheet, and guest list
KIERTUE produces three professional PDF printouts that cover the most important gig documents. Each PDF is designed for a specific use case and optimized for printing or sharing.
Setlist PDF
The setlist PDF is designed for stage use. It includes:
- Song names in a clear, large font
- Keys and tempos for each song
- Page numbers if the setlist is multi-page
- Band logo (if set) next to the title
The font size scales automatically based on the number of songs – a short set gets a large font, a long set gets a smaller one.
Downloading: Open the setlist details and press the "Download PDF" button.
Day sheet PDF
The day sheet is the gig's "info sheet" that compiles all information on one page. It includes:
- Schedule – load-in, soundcheck, showtime, custom items
- Contact details – venue contact person
- Travel details – outbound and return travel, vehicles, times
- Accommodation – hotel name, check-in/out
- Production info – catering, backstage, technical
- Guest list – summary of guest count
You can choose which sections are shown in the printout – leave out sections that are not relevant.
Downloading: In the gig details, press the "Print" button in the top right corner.
Guest list PDF
The guest list PDF is designed for the door – a clear list that can be given to the doorman:
- Guests in alphabetical order by last name
- Ticket count for each guest
- OK checkbox – for the doorman to check off when a guest arrives
- Contact info at the bottom – the band's contact person the doorman can call
Downloading: Open the gig guest list and press the "Download PDF" button.
Tips
- Share the PDF directly from your phone via AirDrop, WhatsApp, or email
- Print the setlist in A4 size – the font size is optimized for paper
- Send the day sheet to the team in the morning on gig day
- Print the guest list in advance and have it ready at the door
