Setlists and songs in KIERTUE

The setlist is the heart of every gig. In KIERTUE, you can manage your band's entire song library and create setlists that are visible to all members in real time.

In the band's song library, you can save the following for each song:

• Name
• Key – makes soundcheck and transitions easier
• Tempo (BPM) – especially important when using a click track
• Duration

Songs can be organized into folders: for example, "New songs", "Old classics", "Covers".

Create a new setlist and add songs from the library. You can:

• Arrange songs in your desired order
• Add page breaks – making the setlist multi-page
• See the total duration in real time

The setlist can be downloaded as a PDF file. The PDF is designed for printing on stage, for the sound engineer, or for the lighting engineer. It includes song names, keys, and tempos in a clear list.

Setlists can be edited by admin and member roles. The viewer role can see setlists but cannot edit them. Setlists for past gigs can no longer be edited – they serve as an archive.

The song library and setlists together ensure that the whole band knows what will be played – no printed slips of paper or guesswork from memory.
