Guest lists for gigs – manage guests in KIERTUE

Guest list management has traditionally been chaotic – requests come in via WhatsApp, email, and backstage. In KIERTUE, every gig has its own guest list that collects all requests in one place.

All team members (admin, member, and viewer) can add their own guests to the guest list. Each guest includes:

• First name and last name
• Ticket count – how many tickets the guest needs

Admins can see guests added by all members. Members and viewers can only see their own guests.

The guest list locks automatically one hour before showtime. After that, no new guests can be added.

Admins can also:

• Lock the list manually at any time
• Set a deadline – the last moment to add guests
• Set a capacity – how many guests can be accommodated

The guest list can be printed as a PDF. The PDF includes all guests' names and ticket counts. In band settings, you can set a guest list contact person (name, title, phone number), which is printed at the top of the PDF.
